Have you traded futures/options before?
Using a HTA or a Basis Contract will allow you to stay in the market also? Some charge small fees to roll either and some don't, and then some have different rules governing just how you can use either of them but if you are allowed to use them and be able to roll in-out? It's hard to beat what they are capable of for the price?
