Nebraska aka the boondocks | I wouldn't go as far as to say debt free, you are right about the age thing, unless of course you were born into the right family. I was just making a quick snapshot of the over all picture around me, and that assessment is that prudence works best over the long haul, even generational. I guess to be more to the point, your analysis is very specific, I don't think a lot of people are as precise in their analysis of borrowing money and using cheap dollars to pay back debt as you have described, if you know what I mean. Some people are borrowing money up the ying yang, just because. i think I am even confusing myself now, oh well off to cultivate. |
