12/23 has 4 row sections on the 1200. If you get a older (2005ish) used one, look for one with the Pro600/700. Ours came with a Universal Display + monitor and it is hard to see in the daylight, and doesnt have as many options as the Pro600/700 monitors. If you already have a Pro600 its about $150 for the adapter harness, and about 2 hours of shop labor to update the firmware in the monitor and planter to use the Pro with the 1200 planters.

I havent had the chance to get ours into the field yet, but working on a PT planter is really really easy. Its nice having the row units at eye level. Makes for quick service of the coulter units and checking opener discs.
