Put both on. All you have to do is add the boomless nozzle to one end of the boom. Drill a hole through the boom and bolt the boomless on so you can adjust up or down. Put shutoffs on each and done. I like the boomless for spraying road ditchs or uneven ground. But on flat surface I like the nozzles better,
