It is a pic of a beacon I put on our Versatile 4wd. I took a piece of 3" x 1/4" steel bent it to 90 degrees. Bolted that to the cab. The beacon "stud" came from A&I. I welded that to the steel and then wired it up. Not the same type of tractor you are trying but I hope it gives you some ideas. There are lots of different ways to do it. By the was this beacon is a A&I beacon. They are about 25 bucks. You can get them from any JD dealer. They are all A&I dealers. They might have to order it though.
