We use to drag them behind the stock trailer until we learned the trick of tying them up to a donkey. Tie them together with a choker chain on the heifer or steer and they learn to lead in a hurry. They will try to run away and the donkey plows his feet in the ground. They get pretty sore in the jaw and learn. Saves lots of time.
