Southwest Missouri | Glad you are safe. Now that I am older and slower, I hire people to work the cows couple times a year.
But, I am alone the rest of the time when I check cows and doctor the occasional calf or cow. I carry a cell phone, but that has limited utility (unless there is an app that turns my iphone into a tazer :) ).
A stick helps as well as the one way trip for any problems.
