On the floor of our wooden trailer for at least the last 20 years is an epoxy coating with quarter inch chip gravel sprinkled evenly over the floor embedded in the epoxy. It gives very good traction all year round while still allowing a person to shovel it clean . I don't know who makes it today but a little searching and you should be able to do it yet. I would highly recommend it.
