As gps planting is becoming more popular, people locally have found that's it's highly advantageous to "share" an a-b type heading for fenceline boundaries where there are no more fences. Locally we have removed the fences and the berms & tree lines are going away also. So, we share the gps heading information so the neighbors may have the same row directions.
Presently, we have to go into Apex guidance and look at an a-b line & copy down all the heading info & give it to the neighbor. Actually, I wish boundary lines (straight ones) could show that same heading information, but I believe I'm right saying that's not presently possible. Can I click on a boundary line (straight) & see it's heading? Could be wrong, but I don't think so. |
