I was actually surprised that that far south that you were growing wheat and that it saw a combine. Especially this year as pasture is as short as it is.

I hope for you guys that you get moisture for cotton as that is your bread and butter. If that doesn't happen bring on the milo. Nothing better than November/December in that country.

The wheat at Morton generally goes to Lubbock. There or just across the state line into NM. Lubbock seems to be a pretty decent market for the area.

I like that country (W TX/E NM) but when it busts it busts. I hope that I can get some of that work around Seminole and give up the North TX deal.

Thanks for the wishes of luck, a combiner needs them this year. I bet something shows up by the first of next week. Post some pictures of your harvest. I am not sure if they will make me smile or jealous lol.
