It says in the Bible, God sends rain on the just and the unjust. You must fall somewhere in between :). In my area of NCKS we fall in that category also, but we have had more moisture than the west Texas through W Kansas area. I feel for you and hope the row crops do well for you. Half of US Ag don't want another drop, and the other half would give anything for just one drop.
