I never thought I would want to block anybody, but a few people just raise my blood pressure too much, and I am experimenting with the concept.

I can't block a Guest, or someone who posts under some name that is only green.  Is that correct, or do I just not know how to do it?  And, if I block someone, can that person still see my   comments?  I don't know if I want to block someone if that person can still see what I have to say.
