NW Washington | Man, I would not use Grazon on a lawn. It has Tordon in it and that might be killing a lot of other stuff besides dandelions.
I think you should stick to a regular lawn herbicide like a trimec which is a mix of 24D, Dicamba and MCPA ( I think). Killing dandelions at this time of year is tough, so knock them back now and then hit them again this fall when they are storing up energy for winter. The fall spraying will be more effective.
