MO.

Quite frankly if a crop fails...insurance should cover that crop ( or intended crop in these cases ), AND if the farmer can make some dough growing say "half" of another crop on the same dirt, IF it dries out...more power to the farmer.

As far as crop insurance paying AND the corp paying too, GOOD ( it's better for the total econ in the area because farmers spend that dough...that simple).

MORE is always More, it's that simple. Less is never more.

No such thing as to much money going into disaster areas ( it ALWAYS costs more to rebuild than any of the supposed experts think they have figured out ).

Just watch, in the usa a whole bunch of dough will be appropriated....and NOT hit the dirt.
usa govt is almost a total scam ( with approx 285 million common people watching but in denial )...not much different than places like say kenya on personal payola...govt to connected individuals/groups etc
