Holly Grove Arkansas | Waters over the road between Brinkley and the White River. Eastbound lanes are routed from Hazen, down through Stuttgart to Dewitt, back up HWY 1 to Forrest City. Westbound lanes get off at Brinkley, go north to Fairoaks, then west to Bald Knob, then back down to Little Rock. Major mess. I understand HWY 1 near the White River crossing will be closing later today or tonight. I'm not sure where the eastbound traffic will be detoured then. | |
