| Hard for me to believe they want to do it after dark. I would think video in the air would be very valuable for future reference. It will happen again, maybe not in our lifetime, but it will happen. Back in the 03 flood "here" local agencies spent a lot of time in the air taking pictures. It reached levels not seen since 1913 and there were not realy any witness's to that event. They need to study this whole deal and learn IMO. This wall of water just may suprise some of those who know exactly what its going to do. | |
