This just seems a bit fishy to me.

I doubt it.
I'd wager it was a look alike.
I think the CIA or FBI or who-ever is in charge
would have done some testing, DNA perhaps to confirm
his ID.
Just seems too fast to me.
Hope I am wrong, but I just don't believe this.
