Finally got this figured out. There was no power to the ISO plug. Once power was there it recognized the rate controller. I'm going to try it out tomorrow! I appreciate all of your suggestions to help me figure this out. "JohnDeereAMS" your customers are very fortunate to have someone like you working for them!
