I wouldn't do it.
Decades ago we put twin turbo's on a White 4-210 tractor that had a 3208 engine. A couple of years later we had major engine problems. We replaced it with a 3208T engine. We learned that there are internal differences between these engines. The 3208T is designed to handle the turbo's and our original 3208 was not.
We actually still have this tractor. We don't use it much, but it's available if we need an extra tractor, or if one of the principle tractors breaks down. Every time I think of selling it or trading it in, no one is willing to give me what I think it's worth. About all anyone is willing to give me for it is what a month's payment would be on a new tractor it's size. It'll probably remain on the farm till it dies or I do, whichever comes first.
