We have a 2-180 White with the 3208. We pulled the pump and had it gone through. Set it at 275 horse and it dyno'd right at that also. Pretty stout tractor. Its non turbo so I'd say if you have good cooling capacity you should be able to get 275-300 out of it with just a pump redo.
