I'm running the Intime software and a smartphone on Verizon and I had the same setup all of last year.  I think the worst day I had I had to stop 3 or 4 times for maybe a minute.  I can watch the correction age on the phone and I'll get some spikes up to 3 to 5 seconds and then it will drop down to .8 to 1.2.  I'm not 100% sure of this but I don't think you can pick and choose a single base on the WISCORS system.  J.R.
