Subject: e-dif S3 activation

Hi,
I ve received repaired S3 from outback but e-dif is not active, I can use only WAAS (SBAS), but I live in europe and we need e-dif only. Outback downloaded latest firmware. Does anybody know how to activate it? In the past all outback products were with e-dif preinstalled. why did they do that?
