| Are you picking up any satellites? Or are you just not locking onto the differential correction (I'm assuming you are using WAAS signal), if you cycle through the info button on the left side of the display you will be able to see what, if any satellite signal you are receiving. Try updating firmware in the EZ 500. If you are still not receiving any satellites it might be a problem with the receiver inside the 500.
Check to see which correction satellites are turned on to receive the WAAS signal. 133 was a popular one that is not in service at this time. If that is the only on turned on to receive signal that could be preventing you from getting useable GPS signal. | |
