you could set up 2 products instead, and assign a different Rx Scale Factor for each. (i.e. Fert1 and Fert2) Then assign Fert1 to Tank1 and Fert2 to Tank2. Then you can use the same Rx for both tanks/layers, and the product scale factor will adjust the Rx appropriately.
