i think it would take some pretty severe flexing to break the housing, the crossmember mount should absorb quite a bit of that, but not a bad idea to check around the crossmember mounts for cracks,WTXCottonguy....is there any vibration in the driveline??? have you checked front driveshaft for wear in joints?
