michigan		we made up a coupler to hook on the end of the auger with the flighting still in and hooked our vac to it started the auger and vac wide open with the air closed off for maximum suction and let it run and always had pretty good luck getting them to go. make sure you plug off all the air leaks you can to get the most suction and you might have to let it run for a little while and try sliding the slide open and closed while doing this. good luck hope you get it going
