North Central Ohio | I got from .05 to .1 inch of rain early morning of the 11th (yea ha!). I guess this better than nothing. They are talking we "may" get "some" Thursday night. Neighbor has a cucumber grading station for sending to a pickle processor and he raises machine and hand harvest pickles. They are putting on fruit, but a lot of mishapened cukes because of the lack of rain plus they are worrying about disease threats. We had an increase in the minimum wage here in Ohio and he says the migrant labor now gives him less work. Oh, well thats why he gets the big bucks (HA HA). | |
