no new news....Look up " Montreal Protocol"...the timelines have been around for over 20 yrs...I own a resi/comm AC biz been dealing with this crap for over 20 yrs...When I got certified to "handle" refrigerates in the early 90's, a scientist came out with the opinion that when Mount St Helens blew up, it did more harm to the atmosphere than the industrial revolutoin has done....I think the verdict is still out of the harm of HCF's..
