No big deal. It helps if you can have someone on the each side of the tractor but I've done them by myself too.
Just loosen all the bolt on the rubber dampener and take it out, then pull the shaft out and get the seal. Apply medium strength Locktite to outer edge of new seal.
With that many hrs I would go ahead and put in a new dampener too.
