Had same issue last yr. We are vhf. Talked to my rdio dealer and he suggested we use" no ground plane antanees." Switched out and the problem was solved. You can try moving ant. but we moved ours all over and it made no diff. Never seen those filters before, sounds like they work as well!! Good luck
