Make sure whoever is running the end dump keeps the trailer tires off the silage pile. For whatever reason my drivers insist on backing the trailers as far up the pile as they can push them. Not a big deal with chain unloaders but could be a disaster with an end dump.
We have a 27' framed end dump that has hauled lots of manure, grain and I would use it for silage in a pinch. I let a dairy use it once to haul feed to their commodity shed. Since they didn't tip it over it's apparently more stable than it looks.
