I cannot agree or dissagree with you since I do not know anything about the corn or soybean business because we do not grow those crops here and I have no idea what the organic standards are.
I was told quite some time ago that if one of the seed growers in the suit had been able to take his variety and have the RR gene bred into it instead of having to buy a variety he would not have filed the origional suit. True or not I don't know.
It is very unfortunate that the people in ag could not find a middle ground and now a court will be deciding the future of ag.
