They do have a good interest rate compared to banks around here, around 2% less. They will also fix the rate for the duration of the note, this I think is a big issue. We are looking into a large land purchase, and are also weighing our options. FCS don't seem eager to have the business, makes you wonder how the survive, guess when interest is 2% lower your attitude can be lower also.
