Southeastern Kansas | Very good relationship with FCS, esp since our local bank that we used for over 30 years sold . It is not only the bank but the people that make it good to deal with. Since the local bank sold, the new staff became incompetent and no longer able to fill our needs. I personally like buying land with 30% down, makes the payments lower and easier to pay off in chunks if prices are good. Those low down payment loans at fsa sure keep you straped for a long time and limit your ability to purchase additional land in the future. The bottom line is the same with all banks, they are easy to get along with as long as you have good credit and keep it that way. | |
