From page 44 of the complaint, I will summarize in my own words:

1:  They (the plaintifs) want another Enviromental Impact Statement done or a supplemental EIS done

2:  They want APHIS to admit that they violated the PPA

3.  They want the deregulation determination reversed.

4.  They want an injunction to stop the release of RR alfalfa until APHIS complies with the PPA.

5.  They want all litigation costs to be paid by APHIS

6.  They want anything else that the court feels that they deserve.
