| Many suppliers offer "good" sweeps. Nichols, Wiese, etc all offer a strong, hard sweep that will last. The difference with CIH/Earthmetal is the ductility. These sweeps are as hard as anyone and will outlast anyone, but also can flex with impact from rocks and such. For the money, earthmetal is the best...but most are good. Beware of garbage imports that are flooding the tillage business. You will soon begin seeing junk from all over the far east that is hard, brittle, and will snap off or prematurely wear out.... Broken tillage pieces in your soil are great matches for expensive tractor and combine tires. :) | |
