Jon S.... What kind of spreader is that. Liming is rather new in my part of the world, and we're trying to work the bugs out. 2 Falls ago used some Pell Lime, last year agronomist said go with aglime. They were using a dry fert spinner (spinners about 4' off the ground) trying to do a 60' spread pattern. I wasn't happy with the pattern at all (thick in the center, very thin on the edges), and alot blew away before hitting the ground. Your rig looks to have spinners closer to the ground, and about a 20' spread pattern. If we could get ahold of something like that, I'm back to thinking aglime. (we are almost always windy here, so trying to throw lime with a dry fert spreader probably isn't the way to go?)

I spread very fine damp lime 55' wide. really dry lime limits me to 40'
