We have some work going on at K-State looking at 10-34-0 and other sources of liquid P and precipiate formation. This was focused on using it in sub-surface drip systems, but I think would be relevant to what your talking about also.
If you would send me an email I would get you in touch with the guy doing the work. He has found some interesting stuff.
