Subject: Planting Populations

I am located in central Illinois. I am going to variable rate plant some farms(maybe all). I using some different methods to create a prescription. The easiest and simple is just to use soil type. I just got the recs from using the ISNT test. We are still in 30in rows. The recs from the ISNT test were at higher populations than most would normally plant in 30in rows(35k-44k). I was wonder what some of you were using for plant pop in the high producing areas. I know there are other factors. Fertility is good. I will adjust for different hybrids. What would be the max pop for most farms.

Thanks for any input
