South Dakota | Ed you are a good man.Far has renting ground in my area little to none here.Very little rented ground changes hands.A good friend of mine lost most of his rented ground {1000 acres} last year.It was do to two landlords dying.Then it was sold.He was out bid on all parcels.He is down to 400 acres 200 his other is rented.He is about to throw the towel and do something different.Kind hard when your 53. | |
