Subject: RE: How to force Adobe download to alternate drive?

Opera is another internet browser, similar to Firefox or Internet Explorer or Google Chrome. It's a good browser, it just has never caught on like the other three. I am satisfied with Firefox so I no longer bother to download Opera when I'm working on installing Windows or Linux on a computer. I should probably give it a try again since I haven't used it in a couple of years.

Since Opera hasn't caught on as much as the other three, I would imagine there is a possibility that Adobe has not developed a download manager for Opera. So if you go to their website while using Opera and try to download Adobe Reader, they may just send you right to the file that you found by reading that article. I don't really know since I don't have Opera or Adobe Reader. Perhaps bwire is saying that Opera is good enough that it would give you the choice of the download manager or downloading the real file. I sincerely doubt it's that good of a browser though. If it is, I really need to give it a try.
