I'd think so if no other competing devices are near, it's very close give it a whirl. And for peace of mind get a UPS interruptible power supply and connect all networking equipment to prevent damage from voltage fluctuation and lightening strikes so get a good self sacrificing model

and connect your computers, printers, network equipment etc..
