Ontario, Canada | ESN depends more on soil type than anything. Heavier soils don't see as much of a response as lighter soils. I like the idea of an ESN/Urea/AMS blend for topdressing wheat. It seems as though it would give you the most agronomic benefit. Slow release nitrogen and sulfur to expand the window and help with uptake. If you listen to Peter Johnston and add the applications of Fungicide with your herbicide and at heading . . . IMO you are giving that plant every advantage to stay healthy and yield spectacularly well. | |
