say winter's end is approx May 1st and Mid May is Spring.
N Japan is known for a pretty short grow season.
Anyway...if the weather is not an issue...then the news sources are ALL wrong at this time ( at least according to some supposed experts on the site here ).
Though weather is in MO a negative contributing issue, the MAIN issue is indications are the radiated area is getting larger and risk is larger yet...to non known future size thus effect.
Seems senseless to keep folks in the area...just relocate em. ( looks like that may become the ONLY future choice anyway ).
