Lapel, In | Farmland area affected is less than the farmland in the state of Maryland. Not that big of a deal as far as I am concerned. Far enough north that it is too cold for cropping at this time. Nothing growing there when all he!! broke loose. Mostly vegetable production in the affected area. Can't say for certain , but it looked like the water took out a lot of high tunnels. Probably more of a problem with land ownership and who farms it now, since so many died and so many small plot ownerships to sort out. | |
