If you are running a loader, treat yourself and get a joystick for the loader. I do believe though that you need what is called a power beyond joystick, so that the "dump" ports are rated to have pressure when the original valve is being used. You should end up with 2 "dump" or out hoses from the new valve. One will be low pressure return to the transmission (through a vent plug or fill plug) the second will be high pressure power beyond line that will be the supply for your original valve.
