Eastern Iowa | Reading a post earlier about GPS requirements for the 20/20, so I pulled up the PP site and looked at the 20/20 manual. I see they only require GGA and RMC at 1 Hz on 4800 baud. That seems a little slow to do an accurate job of controlling row shutoff's. Most of the competition are using at least 5hz and a baud rate of 19,200. I know for example Ag Leader requires 4hz for any type of swath control, thats four times faster than the 20/20. Maybe its not quite Precision Planting. Unless you need to change those settings for Row Flow, not sure on that. | |
