No such thing as a 'tire kicker'. Anyone on your lot is a 'prospect' for a sale. You must talk to as many prospects as you can every day. Do the paperwork in the off hours, or hand it to the ssecretary. You will only close 22% of the prospects you talk to, so do the math, odds are the more you talk to the greater number you close. Simple salesmanship. Don't get complacent on belly to belly salesmanship.
