I've seen this issue both ways, pulling a GGA sentence from the receiver as well as using a predefined lat/lon. I don't even bother trying to run off the network solution, just been running off the closest base. I'm not "on the fence" of 2 or 3 bases where it should be switching between bases. I'm considerably closer to one base than any others in the area.
Iowa DOT RTK problem, anyone see this?
