We run International chassis rigs. One consideration is the size of the body. If you are working a code trying to start an IV and do CPR I would rather have as much room as possable. The only 'van chassis' are BLS, to where you are less likely to need two attendents for the pt.
Not aware of a high idle kit for a 6.0 excursion. Would like to fing one as idleing ruins the turbochargers. for some reason.
